Pros

Excellent pay, tuition reimbursement and offered some job sharing opportunities.

Cons

Lack of respect and value toward salaried employees led to bad feelings. Most salaried employees did not feel a sense of loyalty. Raises were handled very unfairly. Totally a man's world still.

Pros

Company makes an effort to show people that they can stay long-term, offer a lot of rotation options, networking opportunities, etc.

Cons

Sometimes the work is a bit repetitive and must have a strong interest in cars and factory operations for many roles.
