Pros

GM Canada offers many opportunities in mnay fields of work. It is not too difficult to move between jobs to try something new if you become bored or are lackin a challenge

Cons

Currently our benfits are being cut due to the credit crisis. The core structure of this company is solid. The company has cut a lot of its senior staff over the past 6 months - one more round should get rid of most of the deadwood. The company will make it.

Pros

At first i was proud to work in shanghaigm,as gm was the leader in automotive indutry. And i had learnt more knowledge from working with my supervisor and my workmates. The key point is all employee were working at a safe status, both in concept and in plant.

Cons

As a quality engineer, i think there was a large conflict in front of us when we solve the problems. The difference between VQ & GCA 'standard always make our's energy to solve some GCA's priority problem. In fact, those problems was just not fit for CVIS but cann's lead the customer's conflict due to J.D.P report.
