Pros

- Good staff discount - Gives you great communication skills - Experiences with KPIs and meeting targets - Very flexible hours for Students

Cons

- Shifts are based on whether you reach you individual sales targets which are usually quite unattainable to reach - They don't pay employees for meetings and training nights however, they expect you to attend them - They are sales driven which can get quite toxic at times - You are expected to haggle and pester customers to purchase items in order to reach targets - No commission
