Pros
Friends/colleagues - met a lot of like minded people Training - great training, especially during summer hires (due to large recruitment process) Leadership - best manager I've worked with, very motivated Promotions - kept the staff motivated to do well Mobility - if you're good enough at your job, they offer transfer between stores
Cons
Personal targets - sometimes it was hard to make personal targets, especially during quieter times Job progression - but this might have been because I only worked there casually, but I heard people moved up fast if you expressed an interest
