Getting to know your coworkers who you will enjoy being around was a real treat. You are able to make bonds with those who live really far away in the company, and those who live very close. Those people that you meet and get to know, and the ones who you even don't get to know are very supportive and helpful withing the company. There is room to grow in the company, and the opportunity to become something is there. The people definitely make the company an amazing place to work, but that's where the good ends.
Cons
The management is very vindictive and indecisive. Often throwing others under the bus for their own mistakes and misguided information. Management and delegation will never be in the same sentence, and the coworkers that you grow to enjoy being around are those who will let you know when things are said about you that are either lies or dissatisfaction of your job duties that management believe aren't being performed. Unfortunately, these are things you will never hear directly from management themselves, they will just let everyone else know within the work place. Highly inappropriate things are often said without any repercussions and the whole place is built on an immoral standing while breaking ethics boundaries.
