Pros

Active in the community, supports remote work, friendly atmosphere amongst staff.

Cons

GFCU promotes people to leadership positions who are immature and aren't ready; no defined values/culture statements; people leave for larger org's locally because they pay better; high levels of turnover in branch manager and retail positions; senior leaders are cynical, play favorites, and spread gossip; reorganizations are unsuccessfully and constantly happening in the Retail and IT departments.
