Disorganized, organization lacking plan for the future

Pros

Benefits including 401K, PTO, medical and dental, Go365 Friendly environment that feels like a family Great pay rate Flexible work hours

Cons

For many individuals in the corporate office, job duties were not assigned. They had to wait months before departments began giving work. Hiring employees just to hire without actually having work for them is useless and a waste of money. All the benefits are great but if there is no work to be done why have so many employees. Also, there are way to much managers and VPs within the organization.

The environment is fun encourages team work Salary is decent Good benefits has a pension which is amazing! Encourages a life work balance which is great

Cons

With upper management would like to be more visible to the staff this is very important. More staff outings so that we can associate with colleagues from other branches. Management has ALOT of politics involved.

Coworkers are great Good retirement benefits w/ 401k Decent pay If you have a good supervisor/manager they really help mentor

Cons

Too much focus on sales when we have been told to be member centric Contradictory statements from upper management Individual goals are incredibly high and difficult to get credit for loans you did work on
