Pros

Most CNAs there are friendly and willing to help. Others rather work on their own.

Cons

Low pay, lazy nurses, they do nothing when you report abuse from patients or other way around, understaffed.

Great place to start out at but not great for long term if you're looking to do more.

Pros

The Newport branch provides substantial training for new grads and gradually increases patient load. CNAs, though short in number, are supported by a rehab team and shower team to provide the best care for their patients. They are moderately flexible with their hours if school and other jobs are a priority.

Cons

Understaffed CNA pool, especially when at full census capacity. Communication between departments and coworkers is lacking. Some equipment are old and need constant maintenance.
