Micro-manage a little too much. DON at the moment can be a little two-faced. PAY IS DEFINITELY NOT COMPETITIVE

Good people who really seem like they care. Work environment was never too hectic, good for learning. Willing to work with your schedule for school.

Cons

Little room for growth. Raises are non-existent. No overtime policy

Pros

They were willing to hire new grad RNs, which got me the experience I needed. The work environment was collegial and upbeat.

Cons

Our facility was poorly stocked and staffed. The patient-to-caregiver ratio felt high, and I was so busy every shift that it was impossible to leave on time.
