Very good pay for the area Dispatchers and operations coordinators form a great small community

Cons

Management, management, management! Absolutely awful. VP of Dispatch has never dispatched in his life, leading to terrible decision-making. Has increased workload, hours, punishments, and decreased number of employees, talking during down-time, etc. Company is overseen by huge corporation that does not care about people in a tiny office in middle of nowhere. They are there to increase shareholder profits, and don't care about the impact on employees.
