management and corporate over manager are in serious downfall. manager never comes around . I can count on one hand how much I have seen the manager in over a year.

Good pay,excellent Benefits medical dental and vision , 401k retirement, great bonuses, yearly boot allowance, guaranteed 40 hours,and a decent work environment.

Cons

Mangement only looks after the good old boys club. Mangement doesn’t recognize the employees that go above and beyond and management doesn’t treat employees equally. Also doesn’t listen to there employees suggestions.

Employees are not treated the same, management plays favorites, micromanagement is a huge problem, everyone lies to get what they want. It almost has a high school feel to it- Grow up- we are all adults. The pay does not justify the stress, time, and pressure.
