Pros

Seems to be more ethical then other therapy companies.

Cons

If you are even half decent clinician you will get burnt out. Company training does not emphasize improving skills or professional growth, only how to maximize their profits and on how to avoid insurance denials for them. Their system encourages and rewards lazy clinicians. Many new graduates, come and go. You will be punished for pointing out what is wrong.

Pros

Will offer you top dollar for a full-time position. Dental and Vision benefits pretty good but not Medical.

Cons

They tell you full time but they can't meet your hours unless you go from one facility to another. Productivity expectations unreal! Unethical practices pushed on staff to keep up with productivity.
