      Pros

      The staff are great. Therapists and nurses work to overcome incompetence at higher levels to take care of residents, even at personal cost.

      Cons

      Management is dead set on running things with a skeleton crew. No Christmas bonuses, infrequent raises, all while being told what great financial shape the company is in. Burnout and subsequent turnover is way more common than it should be among professionals. Time off benefits get harder and harder to use, and few employees that I worked with felt like the company valued them in any way.

      They will hire new grads probably because they don't want to pay for experience.

      Cons

      This company only gives base pay for worked holidays. They also do not give bonus or yearly raises.
