Solid Company with lots of room for growth.

Lots of opportunity for growth, learning, and development. Company is large enough to weather the storm of healthcare reform.

Cons

Rehab managers have expectations from too many people at times. Corporate micromanages at times. (especially nursing home side of the company, worse than rehab corporate).

There are good staff to work with, you are given iPads or iPods for documentation which makes it much easier to do POS, pay is good.

Cons

There is a lot of turn over of staff, disorganized, hours fluctuate frequently, little to no training is provided, benefits are not the best

If you're lucky, you'll get an assignment to a nice facility/building. Up to date technology for keeping data.

Cons

Company felt unstable. Major changes in the year that I was there, all relayed to finances: No more raises, changed PTO benefits, changed 401K contributions, and discontinued holiday pay and rrestructured how you request time off.
