Upper management Little help with staffing or other issues. Didn't take out concerns serious. Expected the DON & ADON to do the jobs of 5 or 6 people refusing to fill management positions.

poor company culture. focus on damage control vs proactive changes. Too many upper management staff (too many hands in the pot) and many things get missed. Poor training opertunities and job expectations are too high for the work that has to be done and how it should be done

Entire Management Unprofessional, CEO, HR, DON, ADON, Floor Management. Favorites CNAs ran floors . No chain of command. Under staffed 90% of time . Even had patients that got better care than non favorite patients!!!
