      The residents are the only thing good

      Cons

      The management treat staff like dirt Drama between staff and no one gets along They allow no call no show aids to keep their jobs even after repeated no call no show Almost every aid is 10 to 45 minutes late and this is acceptable Neglect of residents is brushed under the rug Pay is poor and raise free every single year Always running out of basic supplies

      Management does not share info timely or accurately. Hiring friends and family. No consideration of seniority. Inconsistent treatment of staff. Lack of teamwork amongst coworkers

      Pros

      I always enjoyed my co-workers who were truly committed to providing high quality patient care.

      Cons

      Shameful company with some of the most fraudulent practices. The FT employees were given 15 patients/day. The facility where I worked was a factory. The documentation was redundant and time consuming but expected to do point of service which is unethical and compromises patient/therapist safety. Productivity was the driving force which resulted in compromised ethics, quality of care, and no time for therapists to care for themselves (breaks, hydrate, bathroom breaks). Documentation was frightful due to limited time and lack of training.
