      None that I can think of. Choose another company.

      Cons

      Expect toWork every holiday and never be able to use the time off that you have earned.Worst company ever. They don't value their employees and you will be asked to do almost illegal billing. They will hire the cheapest management no matter how little experience they have. Zero work life balance or value of creating a positive work environment. I read the reviews before and thought it couldn't be that bad- it was worse.

      Pros

      The employees are knowledgable and hard working. Unfortunately that doesn't mean anything to management. But as far as a work environment, it's nice to work with great people.

      Cons

      Underappreciated, underpaid, no perks, no 401K, no raises, no reviews. Every manager is different, but mine was horrible. Unless your boss is willing to fight hard for you, your salary will never increase, NEVER. The industry is in poor shape and layoffs are becoming regular occurrences- always with the same excuse that the industry is poor.

      My team is full of interesting people who work hard.

      Cons

      Working at Genesis is like being a Browns fan. Feels like you're on a sinking ship. The company is dysfunctional. Very little chance to be promoted within. Poor benefits, no bonuses, no raises.
