      I love the residents and some staff at the facility I work in

      Cons

      Favoritism, no one is treated equally, retaliation from higher ups, administrative team is not supportive , very negative to floor staff, corporate does not give proper funding to have issues fixed and blames staff for problems, if you are good at your job you are not allowed to progress through the company
