Pros

NO micromanagement. They treat employees with respect and understand that I have a life outside of my work. Flexible schedule is fabulous and they offer a 4 day workweek. Great co-workers that care about their jobs and take pride in their work. My upline supervisor, manager and director are approachable and easy to work with. Really makes me happy to work with and for them.

Not what it used to be...

Pros

Decent pay. Hardworking floor staff. Nice grounds and facility.

Cons

Current administration has destroyed the Colchester CT facility. No respect for the staff or the residents. Lying and covering up issues is how they roll. No matter how many times Corporate and the State are called, nothing is resolved. We used to be a 5 star facility. Half a star is far too generous.
