Pay for lna class, flexible with schedule.

Cons

Awful management, no room for raises, even corporate doesn’t care about your concerns. Doesn’t care about the resident, so extremely understaffed.

Very rewarding. Work with some amazing people. All shifts available.

Cons

Constantly short staffed. management should pay better attention to staff and resident concerns. A lot of penny pinching going on and it’s NOT for the comfort of the residents who PAY to be there. (Who knows where it’s really going because it’s not going into bettering the facilty, raises, 401k matches etc.) Ive had a few family members complain to me about upper management and how they are unprofessional, unreliable or ignore requests.

Unethical behavior by Nurse Executive, bullying, managers have approx. 3 yrs RN experience & limited life experiences yet due to their friendship with LNHA they are "managers".
