      You can maintain years of service if you like working in a stressful environment.

      Nurse patient ratio is high therefore pressure

      Pros

      Flexibility in schedule, great residents, few great staff members that actually care about the residents ( select nurses, cna's, therapists, social workers)

      Cons

      Old buildings, lazy non present administrators, uninformed directors of nursing, nurses being poorly staffed ( select few working 16hr shifts to help met facility needs), other nurses just getting by, and doing bare minimum. Multiple providers in a building at a time. High turn over of providers which lead to continuity of care issues with patients.
