Greedy company who does whatever they can to not give theire employees any incentive to work for them. Pay freezes, no 401k, almost impossible to get time off and u dont get paid out when u leave even if u give adequate notice. PTO time is earned and should be urs not kept from the company when u leave. Unprofessional management. They tell u what to do but cant do the job themselves.

Like most health care companies these days, Genesis cares more about productive employees than quality employees
