Pros

Love my fellow employees, flexibility as far as scheduling to an extent, although salary positions based on a 40 hour week and you should expect to put in a lot more than that.

Cons

Executive Director and corporate are money hungry and it is painfully ovbious that they don't care about the residents at all, only their insurance and ability to pay. They continually cut staff and have high turnover due to that and low pay. People are wising up, staff and potential residents and going elsewhere. Benefits are so expensive.

Pros

Seems to be more ethical then other therapy companies.

Cons

If you are even half decent clinician you will get burnt out. Company training does not emphasize improving skills or professional growth, only how to maximize their profits and on how to avoid insurance denials for them. Their system encourages and rewards lazy clinicians. Many new graduates, come and go. You will be punished for pointing out what is wrong.
