      Big company that knows what they're doing. Good benefits, lots of resources and guidance

      Does not pay out PTO when you leave the company, rare raises and 401k match

      Adult population, flexibility with when and where to work with patients, supportive staff/team.

      Cons

      Some facilities had limited access to materials and resources. Also some were in need of serious repair. Small, cluttered gyms and offices. No private speech offices.

      Genesis has rehab opportunities throughout the states, able to transfer if you move. Experienced and professional therapists. Orientation for new staff members.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity demands lead to less quality care, does not provide supportive staff, poor management, difficulty getting days off. Doesn't support in-services for facility staff. No appreciation for staff.
