Some days may be overwhelming. The job can be stressful for a variety of reasons. They may times you are short staffed or get a sudden increase in patients treat. There will be times in the nursing career where you witness sad or tragic situations.

They understaff their employees purposely, they have 56 residents on north side of hall that calls for at least 5 CNA , they only staff 4. So at least twise a week they get a call off, so they have 3 CNA trying to take care of that many residents, that have dementia, behaviors, can't toilet their selfs, feed or even communicate their needs. The facility is dirty , ran down and infested with cockroaches , and Ants. The maintance man is never reachable for emergency repairs, residents toliets are backed up all weekend, and their forced to go in other residents room to use the bathroom. The shower room is disgusting, nasty, limescale and mold. I.wouldn't let my dog stay in this facility.
