      RN Just care about the bottom line

      Give time to learn computerized systemut dont want to allow time for on-the floor orientation because of the cost.

      Cons

      While in training as an RN, management resistant to give a 5 minute bread after a few hours of computer training because it seemed, we were "on the clock".
