Cons

Worst management you will ever experience in your life. Extremely unprofessional. Will talk badly about you to other staff members behind you back. Also lots of shady stuff going on like certain people being punched in and leaving. Awful policies such as the mandatory making up days of the weekend if you are out for inclement weather. There is never any coverage so you can't take off.

if you like to work overtime for no extra money, in order to complete your paper work, on crap computers, this is the company for you

Cons

the down side is that management does not read these reviews. When did we therapists allow ourselves to be reduced to worker bees? What happened to respect for our years of training and our skill sets??? No available vacation time? REALLY?? why would anyone work for this company?
