great staff, therapists were very nice, fun to work with

terrible schedule, work 2 hours in one building, then travel to another and another just to accumulate a 6 hr shift. im amazed that management didnt see that coming considering she is so involved in her buildings. overstaffed/constant hiring, current staff not getting hours. no even distribution of hours to current employees. unrealistic drive times to facilites to assist, more than 1 hour at times.

Work like a dog for a company that doesn't appreciate you and continually cuts benefits, wages and support staff.

Cons

Productivity focused with little time for quality patient care. Salary is not competitive. Support needed to achieve productivity demands is not provided. Only 2 holidays. Are expected to work all other holidays without any extra compensation.
