To be transparent, our productivity rates are reviewed annually and adjusted as needed based on industry-wide statistics to ensure that we are in line with those of other national providers. Powerback takes pride in our commitment to clinical quality and clinical excellence as well as using the Triple AIM approach which is focused on improving patient outcomes and experience in an efficient manner. As always, we encourage team members to have an open conversation with their supervisor at the site level if they have any concerns regarding productivity rates.
If you'd like to share further feedback, solutions, or concerns regarding benefits or productivity rates, I would highly encourage you to attend one of Carl's CEO open-office hour meetings. Each Monday morning/afternoon, these open-door discussions allow the chance for everyone to share their feedback unique to their POV here at Powerback in an attempt to collaborate and create solutions wherever possible. These invites can be found through your Powerback gmail calendar.
