      Free training, but that's out of desperation for employees

      Mandated to work full extra shifts beyond your scheduled shift (16 hours) Your license is threatened regularly if you try and tell them that you can't work the extra hours. Management doesn't have a clue how to fix the facility and problems are only increasing Lots of traveler contract employees that make more than the in house employees In house employees are stressed, overworked, hard to get along with Health insurance is awful Making you feel guilty for not coming in on your days off Staff to patient ratios are horrendous
