      Pros

      Pay and benefits are average to above average for area. Pay for staff RN, LPN, CNAs, MedTech is above average.

      Cons

      Turn over is a problem; not just the staff positions, but in administration as well. There is no work-life balance as a DON (which there isn’t really in any way, but worse here). Support from admin and senior leadership is lacking.
