The residents and the employees who have stuck it out...they are what is keeping this awful company afloat but they are aging and burning out.

Cons

All of the above...there’s no accountability which prevents new staff from staying. Benefits are awful with high deductibles, high price and low care. No wage increase in over 3 years! Medical benefits cost continue to clime!

The patients are amazing to work with, some staff are helpful.

Cons

Consistently under staffed especially at night almost to unsafe conditions at times, upper management is priority for money first before staff or patient care and safety, unit managers are incompetent to handle the upper management to protect their staff and patients, nursing and CNAs are over worked consistently never to be compensated with bonuses, even promised yearly bonuses are rarely seen.
