      Flexible work environment for corporate staff.

      Lack of strategy and direction Terrible benefits that are way too expensive Too many cooks in the kitchen - everyone thinks they’re in charge Negative culture - no employee appreciation, lack of teamwork, employees are spread too thin Many silos Unequal pay and opportunities for women No diversity in leadership

      Pros

      There are none... just when you think there is something to look forward to, it's gone.

      Cons

      Where to start... The management team is horrible!! The staff turnover is gigantic and mostly because upper management likes to play favorites and does not follow any of the company's mission and vision statements. Nothing is done fairly within the staff. Employees are treated differently depending on who they're friends with. Their culture and values are in the toilet and have no regard for anyone but themselves... including patients and patient care.

      Facilities are in every state

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and leadership skills. Not helpful, only seeks the productivity rather than patients coming first or at least equal to the business side of things. Corporate expectations are unrealistic if staff is to practice ethically.
