      Pros

      I can't really think of good reasons to work there. The pay wasn't too bad for most nursing homes. The patients were the only good thing about this place.

      Cons

      Co-workers weren't happy. They would pick fights right on the floor in front of patients. It was hard to watch the way some workers would treat the patients.

      flexibilty with work schedule and time off of work decent pay with biannual raises friendly environment to work in laid back

      no room for advancement not enough hours available schedule changes too often job does not provide credits for uniform purchases

      benefits are good residents and some of the co-workers are decent. hours are good. place is clean. It's pretty preditable.

      Cons

      No regard from supervisor, expect a lot and gives little in return. doesn't treat you as a equal. Involved with her own self.
