Pros
This is a great place to work. There is a high level of quality of care and professionalism. You work hard but have a sense of accomplishment. There is a lot of growth oppertunity for nurses to move up in management with support. Nurses lead and direct thier team with a core team approach. The management are friendly and easy to approach and really try to address the problems. They work very hard to get you a day off if you request it. There is very little drama.
Cons
The pay could be better and is not really competitive for the area. The benifits program is very expensive. Occasionally have to work short with call offs. Limit number of admissions per day.
