Pros

Genesis Products has a genuinely positive work environment that encourages growth and development. Leadership cares about employees and makes you feel like you truly matter. The team is strong, supportive, and knows how to have fun while still getting the job done. Work-life balance is excellent, and I feel valued as both an employee and a person.

Cons

No major cons. Like any growing company, some days can be fast-paced, but the supportive team makes it manageable.
