      - up to 4 HMO dependents (free) - has retirement plan - has HMO for overaged parents (this is not free) - free fruits and/or breads in the office - unlimited vendo drinks - good management, HR - high pay, increases every year depending on your performance

      Pros

      Open Time Off Work life balance was OK Perks like free food and extra time off.

      Cons

      Weak Cloud offering Fixated on Cloud, ignoring their 2 other core products that until this year made more money than Cloud did, and are better products. Disorganized, two faced upper management. Pay is low Company pretends to care about employees, but it does not. Surprise layoffs (had a big one this year disguised as a partnership with Infosys, while the company made record profits...during the pandemic no less)
