      unlimited PTO Good onboarding decent benefits

      Cons

      don't expect to get a commission check for at least 6 months from starting. no ramp up commission, depends on territory luck if you will hit quota. very micromanaging on KPIs

      Pros

      Work/life balance is great. Unlimited PTO and great benefits are a huge plus. They actively encourage you to take time off. Friendly people as well.

      Cons

      Management will throw you under the bus to save their own skin. Constantly preach promoting from within but will consistently push external candidates over internal. Known industry wide to underpay.
