Legacy colleagues were wealth of information knowledge driven departments supporting colleagues & customers to Cloud platforms with Digital tools driving efficiency & ease through COVID19 Hybrid many contributions from colleagues brand driven success.

      Cons

      COVID19 after opening back up onsite change for full time work onsite commitment communications. Loss of departmental transparency in communication, Driving digital & personalization for employees success spiraled quality assurance. Loss collaborating cross functional communication supporting professional processes for long term contribution success .

      Unlimited PTO, remote work for some roles, decent work/life balance

      Cons

      Their branding claims they sell Empathy-as-a-service, but there's no substance to that. There's no actual work being put in to create an empathetic culture for employees. C-suite leaders surround themselves with "yes" people, and refuse to listen to any other voices. If anyone tries to point out an opportunity for improvement, they just disappear from the company.
