      Pros

      As a former Interactive employee, I have the same manager and I continue to enjoy flexibility and the people I work with.

      Cons

      Genesys employees seem not to respect the acquired Interactive employees.

      Fun fast pace environment that promotes professional growth and career advancement.

      Cons

      We are in growth mode so it's not an environment to sit back and simply collect a paycheck. In order to succeed and excel you will need to be ready to show up, work hard, and contribute to your teams goals. Environment is best for overachievers that are looking to build a career!

      Average benefits and good working environment. People are somewhat good to work with.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch. Seem to run by the PE group who only care about making the company ready for sale or public offering. Don't care about contributions of individuals only the bottom line.
