Pros
- People: By far the best collection of talent and overall good people I have been around. - Platform: We are usually in the mix for every deal thanks to GC. It can do a lot of great things and has a great value prop. - Leadership: best collection of leaders I have worked with. They have acknowledged that the current economic environment is challenging and are reacting accordingly. - Overall culture is outstanding.
Cons
- Incoming leads are drying up, but most folks are dealing with that. Need to note: they have invested in SalesLoft and 6sense. - No great training in the industry when you join. They do offer a lot of ongoing training. Telephony is a beast. - Comp is overall too low in most positions. There are teams that are at market level, but too many are too low. Most folks know they can leave for higher paying jobs, but they want to stay for the above mentioned positive reasons.
