Cons

Quick ramp-up comes with small glitches in support processes such as finance and IT.

Passionate functional and local Managers, Flexibility, Freedom to voice opinion, caring senior management. Onsite opportunity, approachable and friendly HR , innovative policies and benefits. Fun at work, contribution back to society, freedom to express. Immense growth prospects within the organisation. Good gender diversity ratio,. Genesys is fascinated by employees!

None as I could see, can we look at expanding in locations like Pune if possible
