      Focused more on bottom line than keeping talented people Do not value longevity If you can talk a good game is valued more than if you can actually play it

      Pros

      Excellent leadership. Genesys runs the company like a business and really cares about employees. A big improvement over last couple of years with Interactive Intelligence. Genesys is investing in the development of CIC / PureConnect. Interactive Intelligence's flag ship product.

      Cons

      A focus on building staff in lower cost global regions like Manila and India could effect staffing levels here in Indianapolis.

      The company is growing rapidly thus providing new opportunities to grow and explore. The management is keeping the best effort to provide the employee the best the they can have.
