      Pros

      High starting salary however very minimal increment. No career path for new hires. No follow up for on boarding program.

      Cons

      No transparency in performance appraisal and calculation of increment. Redundancy is not communicated properly to affected staff. Payment for unemployment was terrible.

      Pros

      The people are friendly and helpful, pay and benefits are great - (open PTO), etc.

      Cons

      There are still a lot of growing pains. They've seen a lot of growth very quickly, buying out similar organizations all around the world. Of course they want to convert everything to their platforms all at once; which creates chaos to put it mildly. As a recent hire it has been very frustrating not to have access to the programs and software systems essential to your daily responsibilities.
