      Great company culture. Flat organization with access to any level at any time. Hyper focused on delivering great CX. Genuine interest in employee satisfaction. One of a kind company.

      Cons

      Like any fast growing company (who is also going through a merger), internal processes and efficiencies are lagging behind. We will get there.

      After acquisition of Interactive Intelligence there were a lot of layoffs resulting in employee morale issues and others jumping ship.
