Pros
Genesys is a great place to be. In my 10+ years at Genesys I have watched the Company grow and change; always with positive intent and effect. Through all the changes there has been a great culture of getting things done, making a difference in our customers (and their customers) lives and having fun while doing it. I have to say that I have never been more excited to be at Genesys. We have a great market strategy, great products, seasoned leaders and the can-do attitude to continue to execute and grow our business. I'll agree that there has been a lot of change since the merger of Genesys and Interactive Intelligence but a lot of what could be considered issues are all part of the process and have been or are being sorted out already. At Genesys you have the opportunity to shape the environment you work in with the ability to make suggestions to take our Company and its practices to the next level. If you want to make a difference you will certainly be able to here. Overall, a great place to be with lots of opportunity!
Cons
We are still working through some of the merger pains but well on our way back out of those. If you don't like change and having to take ownership then Genesys is not the place for you. Also if you are not willing to put in the hours the rewards won't be there for you.
