Pros
The company has really set the standard for anyone else in the marketplace. The people here are some of the most talented that I've ever had the privilege to work with. Leadership speaks with one voice.
Cons
Like any big company, it's a little political. Thankfully, it hasn't become as toxic politically as companies like inContact. There's too much bureaucracy. For example, making everyone get a corporate credit card, if they travel, really serves no apparently purpose. If there is one, then tell us. Don't just say, "Because I said so." A lot of information to absorb on a daily weekly basis.
