      Pros

      Very strong team-oriented culture, great set of customers, underlying technology very solid, sales leadership and execution extremely strong, CEO and new President are excellent combo, organization generally tries to put people in position to succeed

      Cons

      Key leaders, at times, are too slow to act/make decisions; core cloud solution is not really cloud, it's hosted solution which is creating huge problems in scaling the business; CTO/Product organizations lack true cloud depth and expertise, has lost most of the cloud talent brought in by acquisition, and while having desire to succeed may not actually know how to do so.

      A decade ago or more Used to be a good working environment

      Cons

      Management especially H/R never cares about their workforce, they would rather laid one off to get another one. Micromanaging is a common thing in the company among all departments.
