Good benefits, i.e. good Health Insurance, generous PTO.

Cons

Upper Management is secretive and doesn't communicate well. No concern for employees. Has hired, relocated and laid off entire regional finance staff twice in past three years, hired people and laid off within 3 months in some cases. Merger with Interactive has been rocky and created widespread dissatisfaction.
