      Pros

      Genesys is having an epic year! We had some major positive changes with new sponsors coming into the picture, a great merger with Interactive Intelligence, and a positive outlook for our future as leaders in our market. There is a ton of opportunity here.

      The pace is at times extreme, but you won't be bored anytime soon!

      1. Excellent facilities and working environment. 2.Takes care of the employee's personal life and needs. Employee's can enjoy their personal life while working here with very less stress. 3. Promotes new ideas and innovations. 4. Transparent and interactive working flow. 5. Regular team lunches and activities. 6. Supportive manager and team mates.

      1. Work Ethics. 2. Communicative Managers 3. Soft Spoken nature is appreciated. 4. Not very rapid pace of development. 5. Company focuses on taking small and strong steps rather then fumbling around. 6. Good Salary 7. Provides a workstation grade laptop to work on. 8. Office space is well lightened and spacious. 9. TT table, TV, X-box, Cookies, Boost, Coffee in the canteen. 10. No time capture machine (Swipe - in and Swipe out ) [Feel free to step out from office any time].
